An arboricultural survey of the site has been undertaken to establish the extant tree stock. The results of the survey can be seen in the drawing below.
Existing trees within principal influence are predominantly sited southern boundary although there are hedgerows intersecting the site which are interspersed with trees.
Arboricultural input has been provided during design of the proposed development. The layout will require the removal of mostly low-quality, young trees and short sections of hedgerow to provide access. The removal of vegetation will be mitigated, and enhanced, through the addition of woodland cover in accordance with National Forest guidelines.
